I can't sign in to my Salesforce Ringcentral Sidebar app integration due to some kind of 2-factor sign-in problem. I receive the code in my email but then it doesn't work.

Are you experiencing this problem when using a different browser, such as Google Chrome?

it looks like I have the same problem in chrome.

Hi David,

Can you make sure you have AdBlock turned turned off in your browser, it's possible that it is blocking the iovation library for 2-factor authentication. If this doesn't do the trick, please open a case with Support!
