I'm getting message noticifations on my phone but when I try to listen to them all it says is to replay this message press 1 over and over.

voice mail notification, but can't play voice mail, system says "to replay message, press 1", never plays the message, it just repeats "to replay message, press 1" after I press 1.

Mike, I am talking about my Polycom phone.  However, now I am not even getting notifications on my Polycom phone.  I am only getting the email notifications on both my Samsung Galaxy and Outlook.  I also use the ring central app on both my iPad and my cell phone.  The problem now is that my Polycome phone message light is not notifying me when I have a message. I just tried and the messages are on my Policom phone, but the light is not blinking.

Can you take a look at the post by Ben on this page:  How do I get the Messages button to work on my Polycom phone? 

This sounds like it might be the same or similar issue. If this does not work you'll probably want to  Open a Case so that one of our techs can take a closer look at this.

Are you by any chance using an iPhone ?    I've heard a few scenarios where the iPhone DTMF tones are not recognized by some systems including ours.
